Primary duties include:
Assisting guests with ticket sales (cash/pos) Customer service with detailed information about ferry services and island attractions.
Provide snorkeling guidance Efficiently manage passenger counts boarding/disembarking boat Checking customers' belongings for prohibited items (alcohol).
Additional duties include sanitizing equipment, opening & closing ticket stand Requirements:
Experience in the watersport or boating industry.
Familiarity with Peanut Island, weather & tides Strong customer service skills and a passion for outdoor activities.
