Responsibilities:
Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews Schedule interviews for all hiring managers Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly Full-cycle recruiting including onboarding Requirements:
Minimum one year of recruiting Caregiver recruiting required.
RNs, CNAs, HHAs Knowledge of federal and state employment laws Strong verbal and written communication skills Social Media Recruitment experience Experience attending events Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) Job Type:
