Job Summary and QualificationsSeeking a Provider Relations Liaison like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
What you will do in this role:
- Assists onboarding-providers with credentialing and enrollment as needed
- Assists in preparation for accreditation
- Initiates Human Resources onboarding and Prepares PARs for new hires, terms, transfers, and others as necessary
- Maintains good rapport with providers and acts as point-person for providers
- Acts as liaison between the providers and all associated departments to include but not limited to Credentialing and Enrollment, Human Resources, HRAnswers, and Work-force Administration.
- Assists with scheduling orientation and ensuring systems access
- Assists market in covering emergency shifts
What Qualifications you will need:
- An Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
- Advanced communication skill
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- 2
years of experience managing or working with physician / provider relationship building - 2
years of experience in role that provider onboarding and credentialing
