Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our textiles.

Responsibilities - Answer incoming calls/emails and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints - Utilize phone etiquette techniques to ensure positive customer interactions - Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Qualifications - Fluent in English; multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally - Strong sales skills with the ability to navigate barriers or issues - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in data entry and computer systems - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.
