Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare sales contracts, follow up on them through all stages until closing.
Review the closing statement with title company List properties on MLS Follow up with the HOA on sales approvals.
Handle Utilities.
Review Rental offers, prepare leasing documents, Follow through the all stages until rented.
General office duties (filing; faxing; scanning; copying; e-mail correspondence) The ideal candidate should also have the following:
Understanding of all phases of a Sale's and leasing contract is a MUST Certified Public Notary Good communication skills (Verbal and Written) Good computer skills (Internet; Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel) Basic knowledge of office equipment and office management An easy going, friendly personality that can handle all types of personalities Job Type:
