Director of Operations Pay Grade:
ELE 18 Type of Position:
Full-time, Exempt This position involves working in a cross-functional and cross-departmental capacity, with a primary responsibility that centers servicing the Operation Team.
The role primarily involves assisting the Director of Operations on active projects and ensuring that the inventory is up to date, with an allocation of 85% of the time.
In addition, the role includes monitoring the supplies and the needs of the office space of suite 23, with an allocation of 15% of the time.
Other duties as described below:
1.
Processing all Return orders.
2.
Greet visitors and ensure that they are signed in at Suite 23.
3.
Monitor supply levels at suite 23 and order when supplies are low as well as manage our supply vendors such as Cintas, Pest Control, AD&T and etc.
4.
File work orders, Inventory Adjustments and Purchase Orders.
5.
Assist with Making inventory adjustments and Transfers in NetSuite.
6.
Process and submit all carrier claims.
7.
Schedule all Environmental waste pickups and reorder drums.
8.
Assist in the creation of product barcodes, and able to print out documents within our system.
9.
Assist with packaging Dangerous Goods/Hazmat orders for shipment and in completion of required paperwork.
10.
Assigning and updating all ELE numbers for the Artwork process.
