We inventory a wide range of hoses, fittings, etc.
and can cover a broad spectrum of applications for the industries we serve.
We are a leader in providing solutions to fluid transfer hoses with top quality fabrication capabilities and programs tailored to help our customers in reducing downtime and increasing throughput.
We are looking for individuals who are strong on sales, customer service & repair, operations and inventory management.
Reports to VP of Sales / Works closely with Operations on Operational issues and Inventory.
Direct Reports are Hose Assembly Technicians.
Overview:
This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a hose fabrication and distribution business.
Must be able to handle a busy counter and move customer traffic along at a quick pace.
Experience in both industrial and hydraulic hoses is a must.
Candidates should be personable and possess the ability to handle all kinds of customer situations and have them leave wanting to return.
This person must be a team player who wants the company to succeed.
The successful candidate will have a high level of understanding of our inventory and be able to recognize trends in customer purchases in order to make recommendations for inventory levels at the branch.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for teaching and training other team members at the branch, hose knowledge and customer service skills, to ensure a successful branch.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Open and close branch daily Responsible for all cash management including bank deposits and petty cash fund Keep facility neat and clean including retail center, restrooms, breakroom and offices Keep retail center stock up to date and accurate daily, bins organized and well-marked Make stock adjustment daily for inventory Maintain payroll records for HR weekly Schedule personnel to have ample branch coverage for vacation and sick leave Wait on walk-ins as well as help making hose assemblies in the shop Make sure building maintenance and other services are performed regularly Be the liaison between company and landlord for repair and maintenance issues An EOE, Amazon Hose offers competitive career opportunities with excellent compensation and benefit packages.
