20 year real estate firm and title company needs an experienced real property attorney, with deep knowledge of the residential contract forms, realtor needs, commercial leases, related areas of law on real property transactions, title, and advanced business acumen.
Candidates must be able to wow new clients, have out of the box resolution ideas, possess persuasive negotiation skills, have strong research and analytical skills, and ability to work in teams or solo, in an unstructured environment, be accountable for their production, and shall receive the support of a seasoned legal team.
Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar.
