Qualifications:
Plumbing Manager
- Master Plumbing License
- Previous Service Manager or General Manager experience is a plus
- Service Titan experience
- Effective professional communication and interpersonal skills, promoting collaboration and maintaining positive relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, construction methodologies, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Plumbing Manager
- 7 years Service experience Mechanical/ Plumbing
- Hospitality, Plumbing Healthcare experience is a plus
- Management of Office and Field
- Experience in a variety of project types
- Must work well in a team environment
- Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Team Player/ Leader
- Ability to Analyze, Coordinate, Schedule, and Staffing
