Legal Assistant
LHH is seeking a litigation legal assistant experience interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity with a well-respected, firm in West Palm Beach, FL? You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, etc.; maintaining department records, both physically and electronically; calendaring; coordinating court dates and appearances; scheduling meetings with witnesses and other involved parties; legal research; and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
4
years of solid litigation experience, including solid understanding of local court rules and proceduresStrong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
Salary:
$70,000/yr.-$72,000/yr.
