TRA MRI Tech
TRA is Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing and Allied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level of Contract security compared to with an outside agency. Sets up equipment and acquires appropriate images as per script. Reviews images, makes initial observations, documents exceptions from established protocols and communicates data to radiologist.
The MRI Technologist under general supervision and following established policies and procedures, performs diagnostic MRI exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment. Participates in process improvement activities within radiology practice including but not limited to quality of care, patient flow, reject-repeat analysis, and patient satisfaction.

Preferred Education
BS in Radiology or equivalent
Minimum Experience
Must have 2 years of specific experience with Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Required Certification/Licensure
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in MRI
- ARRT
- State License if required
- CPR-Basic Life Support American Heart Association
