Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs Plans repair work using building's blueprints or equipment manual as needed Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures Maintenance Assistant
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 2 years maintenance experience Knowledge of general carpentry and repair Luxe at Wellington Rehablitation and Nursing Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
