Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
Collect rent on a timely basis.
Making sure all tenant issues are resolved.
Generate rent and other reports.
Ensure properties are well maintained.
Be active on the company's social media sites.
Respond to all inquiries about our suites.
Give private tours to potential future tenants.
Requirements:
- People person, able to provide excellent customer service.
- Friendly and upbeat personality - Strong multitasking and decision-making skills - Knowledge of at least one digital advertising platform (Instagram, Facebook, Etc.
) - Great listening skills and ability to take directions Job Type:
