DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work well & enthusiastically in a team environment
Help create websites for all company brands
Help build and expand on current website Content Management Systems
Help create new interactive tools (web-based, mobile, social media) to engage consumers and promote our on-air offerings
Provide substantiated strategic technology and architecture recommendations
Self-manage and provide / fulfill timelines and deadlines for projects

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

years of extensive web development
In-depth knowledge of HTML, jQuery or similar, CSS, PHP, XML, Actionscript and MySQL or MS SQL
Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite Products (i.e. Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator)
Proficient in writing clean, object-oriented, documented PHP from scratch
Must have solid experience working with MS SQL or MySQL
Good knowledge of Actionscript 2 & 3 (familiarity with animation / sequencing tools like FUSE)
Must have experience implementing jQuery / JavaScript / JSON
Familiarity with Mobile App / Website development (including Blackberry, iPhone and Droid)
Experience translating requirements into cross-browser compatible, expandable web or mobile applications
Familiarity with social media websites. Any coding related to these is a plus
Familiarity with search engine optimization best practices
Familiarity with Mac and PC operating systems
A basic understanding of video compression technologies
Strong written/oral communication skills
A positive attitude
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
