, is seeking a career-minded Sales Analyst to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL!
We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background, who is detail-oriented and has analytical skills.
Candidates with market/trend research are ideal.
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience. Salary Range is $38,000 - $44,000.
Main Responsibilities:
This
position
is responsible for the analysis of sales data, planning, tracking and making recommendations based on provided data and information.
This position will work closely with the Sales Management team and staff.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze sales data including: time to sell, incentive programs, new brand/package roll outs, and performance vs. goals.
Conduct ride-withs with sales representatives to identify sales opportunities and communicate findings with VP of Sales.
Create and monitor performance goals at the account level to identify and address opportunities.
Create, generate, and adjust reports using Microsoft Excel.
Analyze mid-month results vs. plan
Measure and track the effectiveness of incentive programs and strategies
Ensure the Organization stays on track toward achieving those Objectives established in the Wholesaler Business plan
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
Strong analytical skills
Experience with Market/Trend research is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business or related field
Strong aptitude for working with numbers and reports
Demonstrated ability to interact with sales people, all levels of management and experience working across multiple functional groups
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Detail and process oriented with excellent time management and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
