Miami office seeks real estate attorney having 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including commercial loan originations, structured financing, leasing (preferably office and retail leasing), acquisition and sales transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, management agreements, brokerage agreements) and title examination and resolution experience. The candidate must have 3+ years of large law firm experience. Should be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
