Maintenance Assistant
Duties:
-Refurbishing apartments
-Fixing wall and floor coverings
-Performing basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs
Requirements:
-One year of maintenance experience
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multitask
Base pay will range from $10.50 to $11.00 per hour. We offer a wide range of benefits from 401k savings to a full insurance benefits package.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
