Miami office seeks foreclosure attorney preferably having 3-5 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling uncontested matters for the firm. Will utilize legal knowledge and experience as necessary to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of clients. Prepare, review and approve foreclosure related pleadings. Handle all aspects of uncontested foreclosure matters including complaint, motions and final judgment review and approval. May be required to attend mediations, telephonic hearings, in person hearings, and motion calendar. Should be a member of the State Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
