Miami office seeks Florida foreclosure title attorney having 3-5 years of title examination experience. The candidate will prepare and review title examinations, pleadings, and foreclosure documents for the firm. Will utilize legal knowledge and experience as necessary to facilitate the litigation process on behalf of clients. May examine complaints, motions or other foreclosure documentation for accuracy and compliance. Should preferably have 3-5 years of title review experience. Foreclosure experience is a plus. Must be familiar with examining Foreclosure Reports, ATIDS printouts, PACER, and other pertinent title review materials. Must be a member of the State Bar while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
