This position will be part of a team rewriting an application.
Must Have:

yrs development experience with ASP.Net Framework 4.0 or higher using:
o VB.Net
o C# Object oriented concepts
o ASP.Net page life cycle
o AJAX
o Developing common user and custom controls
Oracle PL/SQL experience
Experience with HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0, Cross browser html support and DOM
Experience with large Oracle 11g or higher databases
o DDL/DML
o PL-SQL knowledge in packages
o Stored procedures
o Functions
o Performance tuning of SQL code
o Well versed in TOAD
o Data import export to PDF, Excel and text files
Authentication and lookups using AD/OID/LDAP, understanding of llS and web.config files
Strong JavaScript and jQuery knowledge, Ajax using Ajax Control Toolkit and JavaScript
Working knowledge and experience handling in XML and XSL T
Single page/MVC with Razor or ASP.Net
3-Tier architecture with either WCF or Web API Entity Framework.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
