Located in Delray Beach right off Atlantic Ave 3MP is looking to expand rapidly in the next few months. We are looking to fill one or two internship positions to help our Recruitment and HR department! This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR/Office Manager. The internship will begin immediately and is expected to last 3-6 months with an opportunity for full-time employment.

The position is expected to be used for college credit or to build a resume for any graduate who has an interest in the Human Resource/Business Administration/Recruiting field.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Focuses mainly on recruitment needs for the expansion of the company.
Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities.
Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
Helps with 3MP's Social Media (facebook/twitter/instagram) and other SEO needs.
Qualifications/Education Required:
You must have a genuine interest in people and excited to work in an upbeat environment.
Qualified candidates must have strong analytical and organizational skills;
Candidates must also have excellent computer skills, including some proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office

Candidates are expected to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week (15 to 20 hours per week).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
