Our Human Resources division is now seeking a HR Generalist to join our team! As a Generalist you will partner with managers and leaders of MorseLife to support our vision for growth and strategy for business impact. Responsibilities will include:
Ability to fulfill responsibilities that include managing the day-to-day employee relations
Develops/executes recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Provides leadership and coaching to MorseLife leadership teams
Partners with MorseLife leadership team to identify and strategize people related business needs; talent development, department growth, etc.
Executes all HR programs and initiatives
Ensures employee file compliance to all federal and state regulations
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related and 3
years experience as an HR generalist
Advanced Degree in H.R. or related study preferred
PHR certification preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
