The role of the Resident Services Consultant is like being a sponge:
you have to soak in everything (community facts, resident concerns, new initiatives, names, etc.) and then scrub away at any community issues or resident concerns so that your community is a place your residents are proud to call home.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of high school degree, some college or degree preferred
Prior multifamily / apartment community experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
