The Housekeeping Aid Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, coordinates activities, and monitors the performance of Housekeeping Aid employees assigned to their section. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Training, counseling, disciplining, evaluating, and promoting the growth of employees Prepares, maintains, and monitors work plans for staff utilization. Communicates with employees to insure their assigned duties and responsibilities are effectively performed and completed. Following sanitation and infection control procedures to prevent the spread of bacteria. Operating powered equipment such as scrubbing machines, buffers, carpet cleaning machines and/or industrial vacuums. Plans leave schedules of the employees in their unit to provide adequate coverage Adjusts workload schedule due to emergencies or accomplishments of special assignments Determines training needs for Housekeeping Aids and teaches procedures Maintains administrative records Communicates with numerous services to discuss recommendations for improvement Initiates work orders to Engineering Service for repairs Investigates grievances and complaints and attempts to resolve problems Evaluates subordinates using performance appraisals Makes Recommendations for promotions, performance awards, special recognition, letters of commendation, etc. Work Schedule:

Experience:
A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Evidence which demonstrates you possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of this position must be supported by detailed descriptions of such on your resume. Applicants will be rated in accordance with the OPM Federal Wage System Qualification Standards. SCREEN-OUT ELEMENT:
Your qualifications will first be evaluated against the prescribed screen out element, which usually appears as question 1 in the on-line questionnaire. Those applicants who appear to possess at least the minimal acceptable qualification requirement are considered for further rating; those who do not are rated ineligible and are eliminated. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Work involves considerable physical exertion of walking, bending, climbing stairs and lifting moderately heavy equipment or items up to 50 pounds. May be required to walk, drive in inclement weather from building to building

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
