Only 1,011 were produced worldwide for 2008 in celebration of the Shelby's 40th anniversary.

4-litre supercharged V8 engine that was enhanced with a Ford Racing Power Upgrade Pack to boost horsepower to 540hp and torque to 510 ft/lbs of torque.
